My wife would be very jealous if she knew who was spending time with me while she was on her business trips.
Our cats have always been drawn to me more than anyone else in the house, for some reason. So when Floki chose her over me for his number one she became very proud of herself. She likes showing off how sometimes Floki will let her hold him. It’s a real stick out your tongue moment. She would not be happy if she knew what he was doing during he absence.
I was going through pictures and came across this super-cute picture of Floki from July. Aren’t kittens adorable?
Wake me when it’s the weekend.
I saved this photo from yesterday’s post because I thought it was a very cute photo of Frankie and deserved its own page. Isn’t it so cute when cats show their bellies when they sleep.
We don’t know when Chris was born but I set his birthday at six months before we adopted him, May 14, which I missed. Sorry Chris. Here he is sleeping with Frankie. When Chris was young, he was far from a normal cat because he rarely napped. He was always up and getting into trouble. He still naps less than Frankie or Puck but he is closer to normal now.
All our cats love to be on the bed when I make it but the reason for that is a mystery for Puck and Frankie. Chris’s reason is a little easier to understand. He wants me to cover him with the sheet or blanket. He is like a small child that likes to play under the covers. After the bed is made I have to pull the cover up so he can breathe. He doesn’t usually fall asleep under the cover so I had to make sure I got this photo.
I found this picture from last Christmas when Chris crawled inside a gift wrapper and fell asleep.
I don’t know why sleeping cats are so cute but they certainly are.
Chris isn’t always bad, although he was very, very bad yesterday morning. Before I tell that story, let’s just look at him and Frankie, on our new sofa, actually getting along.
While I was blogging yesterday, this is what I had to work with.
