Even though I just watched a minor cat fight between Chris and Frankie, most of the time Chris tries to be friends with Frankie. Frankie, for his part, tolerates Chris but can quickly become annoyed by him. Here is one example of reserved tolerance.
I took these photos of Frankie the other day. I found two that I like particularly well but I couldn’t decide which one was better so I am including both. I think I am leaning slightly toward the one with the ears forward. What do you think?

I missed Photo Friday last week so I thought this week I would include a few extra photos of Chris and Frankie being cute. Isn’t this so much better than the fighting?
We were near our former home yesterday and I saw a cat that looked just like Chris. His legs were a bit more white but other than that he could be mistaken for Chris.
When we lived there, someone told Rose our cat had escaped and, knowing how bad Chris is, she went to retrieve him. It wasn’t until she was about to pick him up and bring him home did she realize the cat was not Chris.
When I saw him yesterday he even acted like Chris. He was perfectly comfortable with strangers. He let me pet him, he talked to me, he even rolled on his back like Chris does when he goes outside.
Perhaps ginger cats really are friendlier.
