There is a ginger cat that lives on the on the other end of the block and one street behind us. We walked by there the Sunday before last and Frankie decided to show the cat that he did not recognize his territory by sunning himself right in front of his house. It was like he was daring the ginger to do something about it.

We are so lucky that we have cats that like each other . . . mostly. Here are Chris and Floki hanging out together yesterday.
This was almost eight years ago. Not much has changed since then.
My boss has several fish tanks in her house and garage. The ones in her garage are fish destined to be brought to a customer’s house or they are the retirement home for fish that had to come out of someone’s aquarium for one reason or another.
She had two large blood parrots, which are hybrid cichlids, in one of her freshwater tanks. One came back from a customer because it had a large tumor on its back, the other had a different problem that I don’t remember. The two became very close while in recovery.
I feel bad but the fish with the tumor recently went back to his original home and a new blood parrot was added which the remaining blood parrot has taken a liking to,
I’ve mentioned before that I think a Dogface Puffer is the coolest fish you can have in your aquarium. Here is a picture I took the other day of one who had wedged himself into the decorations and was just lying there watching us.
Many of these fish will do a little dance to get people’s attention. I think it is their way of trying to get fed. Most will also let me pet them. Yesterday I had to move a large puffer out of the corner so I could clean the glass. I gently put my hand around him and moved him out of the way. Most other fish would freak out if I tried that.
This is a post from September 2016 when my new computer arrived. I have since replaced that computer with a mini computer. The cats weren’t happy with that box.
This photo of Bill and Delilah was taken at my boss’s house Tuesday morning. Bill usually hangs out with me in the garage. We joke that his job is to hold down the pool table. It is a rare treat to see Delilah inside the house. She usually hangs out in the back yard.
Frankie took me up to the clubhouse on one of our walks last week. When he couldn’t get in, he decided to wait on the bench.
