Three Cats and a Toy

Recently I found a cat toy at a thrift store. I am not sure who makes it. The closest I could find was a toy called SmartCat 3836 Tick Tock Teaser perhaps this is a predecessor. They really loved it for the first ten minutes but now they barely notice it.

Ours are like that. Love it when leave it. If you put it away and take it out again they will think it’s new :D. Just think of them as children and apply same tactics LOL

Isn’t that always the way with a new toy. Calista Jo watched the video quite closely and tried to join in on the action by pawing at the screen. XO, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

Short-attention-spanitis! A condition many cats seem to have. Teddy loves his new toys for five minutes then it goes into the toy box until I dig around and get it out for him again – yes they are like little kids!

The Cat’s Meow, eh? Here’s the sad tale of how my two kitties went from crazy to bored with that toy, which I set aside and tried to re-interest them in. Things just got worse!

At least they had fun with it for a while, a lot of toys around here never get that much action. 🙂

Yes, they rarely like toys for long, but, like others, I put them away for a time, and they are “new” for a little more plays. One toy they never tire of is peacock feathers, though (for reasons they only know), they prefer the quill end over the feathered. Cats!
