During my last volunteer shift at the shelter, one of the kittens fell asleep on my lap.

I had other cats to visit so I couldn’t stay there all day but I was also hesitant to move and wake him up. Since I had already been in that pod for quite some time before he fell asleep, I decided to let him sleep for five more minutes but then I had to move on.
I imagine they love having the closeness and security of human touch……he’s adorable! Glad you gave him five more minutes! 🙂
Hugs, Pam
Some of them love it. Others, not so much.
A happy cat! That was very decent of you to give kitty five extra minutes of security and love, Charles. I appreciate this moment of happiness and decency today.
Thank you, Doug.
that is sweet… and we hope all the best for the kitties
Thank you.
That little paw on your hand is so sweet….just 5 minutes more, please!
I love lap cats.
You must have a very comfortable lap.
It seems like that is true.
He is adorable and so happy.
I wish I had room for another cat.
big time awwws here 🙂 ♥♥
Thanks. 🙂
that kitty looks soooo much like Roary!
Yes. I see the resemblance.
That proprietary paw on your wrist…
🙂
That is so sweet. I hope he gets his very own human to nap on soon.
I’m sure by now he is enjoying his new home.
What a sweetheart that kitty was. I’m sure it was difficult to disturb him.
He was just too darn cute sleeping there.
No urge to bring him home?
Oh, yes, but we are already over our limit.
I have a friend who lives in a mobile home park too. He’s over the limit, but no one knows.
Same here, except our neigbor who is nice.
I’ve probably asked you this before, but … HOW do you not take them all home? Do they check your bags when you leave?
It is difficult. It is probably good that we have pet restrictions where I live. 🙂
Awww… that’s so sweet ! Purrs
Thank you. 🙂
