I was playing around this morning and uploaded a photo of Chris and me to ChatGPT.
I typed, “Can you recreate this image as a formal portrait painting in high resolution?”
It gave me this, although it ignored the high-resolution part.
I then said, “Now, recreate the uploaded photo as a 18th century formal painting,” and got this.
It then said:

I said, “Yes, create a museum-style framed version.” I then told it that was me and Chris and mentioned when Chris died.
I wasn’t happy with my hair, so I asked to have it combed neater.
I then asked it to remove the picture from the wall and crop it so the entire frame was visible, but it said I reached the free limit for chats with attachments. Oh, well.

This was fun! I have played around with Copilot, but not ChatGPT. Now I might have to.
They are all quite amazing.
Good job! Very cool photos it comes up with……I’ve played around with AI (the photo of Teddy for his birthday for instance) but when they advertise FREE they mean “for a short time then you have to pay for it”. LOL I’m not sure I need it that badly to pay BUT it’s fun isn’t it.

That turned out incredibly well! I have to learn how to do this. Everything in today’s post, I created with AI, except for the last photo. I still haven’t figured out how to manipulate my photos. These turned out great. I have been playing with AI too. I’ve used Nano Banana too when I run out of free chats. Chat GPT has learned too. If I request a photo of Stinky, it says “of course we will remember no tail” which took FOREVER for it to figure out.
It does take time to get it right. Often I give up without what I want.

I like playing with AI, too, but it’s annoying when they tell you in the middle of what you’re doing that you’ve reached ‘the limit’.
