I can see the appeal of having a dog like that.
Grandma and Grandpa’s dog Lulu does the same thing. It’s funny to watch, but she’s a big dog, and old and fat and tires out very quickly.
I hope all is well and the animals are being kept separate as much as possible.
Everything is okay but it is difficult to keep them separated.

they do that to the dogs at Levi’s daycare/boarding facility and they LOVE it!!! Levi doesn’t….most long haired dogs don’t.
I wonder why. Maybe the long hair gets saturated and it is uncomfortable.
could be because most Shelties aren’t fans of water. He also HATES the heat.
He’s a bit like a cat when it comes to water.
