Throwback Thursday: To Catch a Cat

This was almost eight years ago. Not much has changed since then.

I sympathise completely with you. Chasing Catorze once he’s escaped out at The Front is utterly pointless. The only way of getting him back in is waiting until he decides to come back.

Cats just enjoy the thrill of escape…..and FREEDOM! They decide to come back when they remember food, soft bed, treats, toys…….yeah it reminds them just how GOOD they have it INSIDE!

We’ve had to put cats in one room and shut the door if we’re leaving the house to keep them from getting to the door. Of course, they have a box and water in there, and food if we’ll be gone a bit of a while, a place to sleep. It’s not fun, but it does make sure they aren’t able to get to the door.
