We went to bed Monday night with our thermostat set to cool. Tuesday morning we woke up to an outside temperature of 39 degrees Fahrenheit. I didn’t notice what the temperature was inside the house but it was pretty cool. It is not very often that we see all three cats sleeping together like this. I think this was an attempt to stay warm.

we had the same but vice versa… turned the heating on ring-a-ding-ding and it became summerish over night….
That is possibly worse.
We had a couple of 30 degrees mornings too which caught us off guard with the house interior temp. It’s a tricky time of the year! The gang looks cozy though.
Hugs, Pam
At least they have fur. π
That is chilly; even with fur.
I agree. I hate the cold.
We had lows in the 50’s overnight here in the FL Panhandle. It felt wonderful, too!
Perfect would be mid sixties in the morning and mid seventies in the afternoon.
And now the A/C just came on, and I don’t keep it too cool in here. Come on, autumn!
I think we have the heat set at 64 at night since we sleep under a blanket and only raise it if it doesn’t warm up during the day. The air is set at 74.
doodz…..N joy a wee bit oh kewl… coz we R thinkin de florida heet….. iz just round de korner π β₯β₯
We will be back in Florida in 10 days.
Brrr! It rarely gets that cold where we are. And I’m glad because I don’t have any other kitties to snuggle with.
Maybe you need another kitty. π
Yep, that’s wild, wonderful West Virginia!
Almost heaven . . . Between 2 and 3 p.m.
Problem solving kitties.
Love and licks,
Cupcake
π
That is sweet. My cats would not do that even if it was below zero.
We are pretty lucky, I think.
