Poor, Sick Frankie

Our cat Frankie has a bad cold and has been sneezing for several days now. I feel bad for him but he is eating and I see no reason to take him to the vet just yet, but I do hope he gets better soon.

Please let Frankie know we will keep him in our purrs and prayers. Just make certain that he doesn’t become so congested that he has trouble breathing. Hope he gets better quickly. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

My human used to take Binga to the vet every time she got a cold… eventually one of the them told her that it would get better on its own without any medical intervention, so now Binga only goes to the vet if she’s sick enough that it keeps her from a) eating and b) getting in trouble.

Sorry Frankie’s got a bad cold. Love that first photo of him keeping his nose warm! Colds are miserable – in fact I have my FIRST COLD in about 30 years right now. I’m blaming the 30 inches of snow we got. Sending Frankie POTP!

Thanks Sammy. I hope you feel better soon. It is 38 degrees here this morning and we had the heat off last night. Burrrrr. That photo was hard to get because every time I got close with a camera, he looked up. Well, almost every time.

Oh poor Frankie. I think it must be even more miserable for cats as they don’t understand what’s happening. Fingers crossed he feels better soon and is back to his normal self.
