Our neighborhood is loaded with bunny rabbits (which I believe are Eastern Cottontails) but one in particular seems to hang out near our house. Granted, they all look virtually the same to me but I’m pretty sure this one rabbit is a regular. Perhaps he, or she, gets a kick out of riling up our cats.
Keeping the gang entertained – Bunny TV is almost as good as Bird TV!
Hugs, Sammy
Funny you say that because we have bird radio. This morning, Puck and Frankie were desperately trying to see a bird that was singing out of view.
we have a resident rabbit this time of year too. From what I understand, they have their babies in the Spring and from the amount this rabbit hangs around, I think she is the Mom and is guarding her babies. Yours might be doing the same.
That could be. I wonder if there is a way to tell male from female. Well, I know there is a way but I mean from a distance.
Your kitties are so lucky! We don’t see rabbits here – either they don’t like coming into our neighborhoods or the coyotes eat them. 😦
Do you at least see coyotes? That would be cool. We have hawks around here that probably snatch a bunny or two before they are fully grown.
Wow, you’ve got Bunny TV ? You’re lucky, we never saw a wild bunny ! Purrs
Too bad you can’t come vist.
What a good looking bun. We have a couple that come visit our yard…and eat the mom’s plants!
I planted a pineapple and this rabbit pulled it out of the ground before it took root and then pooped next to it.
We get bunny tv too, but hubby wants to cancel it- they eat too much from the garden.
I want to plant next spring. I guess I need to buy fencing or something.
I think they want to play with you 😀 Pawkisses 🙂 ❤
Chris wants to play with them too,.
