I totally agree.
Mom asks herself everyday how we could be comfortable in some of the positions we get into. It’s one of those cat things humans will probably never understand. Good job on the photobomb, Floki. Well cats do have a knack for finding impossible spots and positions for napping. Maybe the tile is cooler?? He does have a rather interesting pillow though!

I think the tile is cooler but do you know what is even cooler than that during the heat of Summer? The inside of the house.
maybe I should start using a chair leg/arm and see if I can finally get a good nights sleep 😸😸😸‼️

I have seen cats, especially kittens, in the most fascinating places where we would be miserable but they are sacked out like it’s the most normal thing in the world. I would almost agree with Charles Schulz when he said cats are boneless.
I have a photo of Princess, a cat we had years ago. She was asleep with her head on our alarm clock. Lucky it was after the alarm went off.
I suspect to appreciate what we do, when and how, humans need to try these things themselves. Probably more a state of mind than anything, in the same way some people sleep on beds of solid wood or nails 😉
