I feel so bad for Floki, he loved Chris so much, I’m sure he is missing that constant comfort that Chris gave him. Chris has left a big empty hole in our hearts.
It is a real shame.
Its a good start.
It sure is better than fighting.
I’ve heard over the years from lots of multi-cat families that they lose one of “their own” and they become closer for comfort – sometimes it even STAYS that way. Chris was a BIG personality and for sure everybody misses him.

Aww. They look like they’re missing a piece of their puzzle. At least they have each other.
Yes. I think you need at least two cats.
The others grieve, too. The saddest thing I saw, recently, was a video of a cat bringing a deceased cat’s collar to the owner, over & over. It’s pitiful. Another sad one was a cat, scratching at a picture of a dog that recently passed.
They are smarter than people realize.

That space in the middle of them is for Chris.
It’s like when a squadron of planes flies over with a space for a missing pilot.
Like humans, the fellow pets need time to mourn and adjust, They are missing Chris so !

Chris was very touchy feeling. If two or more cats were touching each other Chris was one of the cats.
