1883

Recently my wife and I started watching a show called 1883 which is a prequel to Yellowstone. Yellowstone is a show that my wife likes but I couldn’t get past the first episode because it is just a prime-time soap opera, like Dallas, but with much more violence. I thought 1883 was pretty good but Floki really liked it. Almost every time the show started, Floki was there to watch it.

Sometimes he would be in our way but often he would watch from the coffee table. Of course, he never watched the entire episode. No cat has an attention span that long.

Since we got a new Sony 55″ HD tv, us cats have been watching the TV LOTS> Mom has been putting on the bird feeder YouTube channel for us when she goes out and sometimes she casts the videos our furrends post. We like those! But we ignore regular TV, news and FBI and Spiderman are not our fave, purrhaps we should get Mom to try 1883. Thanks for visiting us and we hope you all have a marvellously happy week! Purrs Marv

The mom LOVES Yellowstone! But then, she says what’s not to love about Kevin Costner. We don’t have Paramount + so can’t watch 1883. The mom won’t get another streaming service.

I assumed you could watch Yellowstone with Paramount plus since it’s a Paramount show but we needed to buy Peacock to see it which is weird. My wife ended up buying each season on Amazon which ended up costing more than another service. Plus, she could have seen the last season for free on our cable but she didn’t bother trying to do that.

Neither the humans or the cats have watched either of these shows. Kizmet is our TV watcher, and she prefers sports. They always manage to keep us entertained with their antics. I wish I could be motivated to do that. I used to ride my bike to work but after one of our many moves the distance went from 10 to 17 miles which was probably doable but it would leave me no time.
