Chris likes his dry food and it is a struggle to get him to eat more than a couple of bites of his wet food so I sometimes go to extreme measures to get him to eat. In this photo, Chris did not care to get out of his bed to come and get his dinner so I brought it to him.

That might be spoiling him a bit much but he does eat more when Frankie and Flokie are not around to take his food.
I remember doing that with Sammy at one point – I did anything to get him to eat!

That must have been a difficult time.
breakfast in bed? good idea!
Who wouldn’t like that? π
Did it for Merlin when I needed him to eat his medication spiked food.
That is difficult. When my cat Abbey was sick she would not eat her food if there was medicine in it.
I was lucky, both medicines were fluids, and his nose is congested due to his teeth.

The mom brings me my food dish wherever I am too…and she actually holds it for me while I eat. No, I’m not spoiled. ~Ernie
Looks like you and Chris have a lot in common. There have been many times when I held the dish for Chris.
My human has done that when cats needed it.
It seems more common than I thought.
I say, do whatever helps. π
I with you. π
Service with a smile works lots of times!
And we do it without the expectation of a tip.
Spoiled? What does that mean?? Is that even a thing???
