Paper or Plastic? Our cats are very conscious of the environment and much prefer paper. Of course, that could just be because paper bags are easier to climb inside of. Here is Frankie and Chris making good use of a paper bag.

Enjoy your paper bag, those are hard to get except at Whole Foods. Have someone cut the handles off though- sorry I am a safety nut.
You are right about the handles. We discovered that years ago with our cat Alex. Thankfully we were around to rescue him. Look here. https://flic.kr/p/a652zb
We always do our bagging one at a time. Astrid is the Bag Lady and loves any kind of bag! XO, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
You mean there is no fighting?
We love paper bags the best too.
They are the next best thing to a cardboard box.
Chris, I wonder what would happen if you and Binga got together… ’cause from the little contact I’ve had with her, she sounds just like you!
That would really be Double Trouble.
exactly what my kitties do whenever they see a paper bag..
They are hard to resist.
Yes siree! At our house, wes prefers paper to plastic!

Hhahaahh mine were doing the same thing with a bag my birthday pressie from hubby came in…i am sure he thinks of them when he shops š hugs Fozziemum x
I’m sure the cats were the first thing on his mind while shopping for your present. š
Me too hahaahaha š they were not keen in the pressie..took them awhile to get used to those garden piggie statues hahahaa š
Oh yes, paper is a fave here too…ummm…but ditto on the handles….I got caught in them once before Mom could cut them off…and remember…I don’t allow anyone to pick me up easily….it was a mess
Yes, the handles can be dangerous. I’m glad you got out okay. The bag you see here turned into a garbage bag and went to the trash the next morning. I would hate to think that someone could get stuck while we are at work.

Here is a post from 2014 for Throwback Thursday. Normally I cut the handles off of bags, especially since Floki got stuck one day and completely freaked out. Maybe I thought it was safe since I was there watching. I hope so.
That must be where the term punching bag came from!
Hahaha. š
Bags are prime real estate!
They sure are.
