Some of you may remember I used to work for an aquarium maintenance service that was run out the garage of my boss’s home. I would show up early in the morning and spend time preparing for the day’s work. Mr. Bill hung out with me in the garage and we became quite close. I had to quit when we moved to the other side of Tampa Bay.
We drove to Clearwater yesterday to visit Bill, Sampson, and Delila, and of course the humans who live with them. Unfortunately, their dog Buster is no longer with us. My former boss also sold her business and retired.
Bill is almost 18 years old so I was happy to see he is still doing well. I think he still remembered me and I spent a fair amount of time petting him.
Sampson and Delila, both around 8, and brother and sister, were also doing well. Sampson came to me for pets, but Delila wasn’t interested so I didn’t get her photo.
We had a good time visiting everyone and look forward to our next visit.

Bill is eighteen? What a fine-looking chap he is! I hope that Catorze looks that good at that age (unlikely as he’s currently two years younger and looks ten times worse).
He gets a lot of exercise though.
How nice to visit old friends – and isn’t it wonderful that Bill, at 18, looks well and happy. That makes ME happy when cats have a nice, long life with their “pet humans” ! 🙂
