Any view is a good one!
So true.
We just wrote a long comment, but WordPress is F’ing with us again. It definitely has been messing with us lately. Anyhoo … we were wondering what the temp was when your photo was a taken, Floki? Mom and Dad keep the cat door to the catio closed until it reaches 32 degrees, which it has seldom done in the last few weeks. Sometimes we beg at the people door to go out to the catio, and Mom or Dad will break down and let us out, but we don’t last long. Stay toasty! The temperature has been fluctuating a lot. This morning it was 51. This afternoon it was 72 and tomorrow morning is predicted to be in the mid-40s and raining. I don’t know what the temperature was when I took that photo but the cats don’t like to go out there when the temperature drops into the 40s and they are certainly not going to like it Saturday night and Sunday morning when it’s below freezing.
Even in our temps which barely get above 10 degrees, Ted has wanted to go out on the front porch for fresh air….of course he has VERY THICK (!) padding so I imagine that keeps him warm-ish but still. He rarely stays out there longer than five minutes. Looking out a window at least they’re able to watch birds, people and other animals going by!
Hugs, Pam
I for one, do not like cold weather so I don’t take Frankie out until it at least gets to 60 degrees. Yes, I know. I’m a wuss when it comes to temperature.
Glad at least Floki got to see out there a wee bit…who wants to freeze their tootsies!
Nobody in my house. 😊
Stay in and keep warm sweet Floki!
It will fall below freezing here Saturday night to Sunday morning.
Even if it’s too cold to get out there, outside is still outside and still attractive.
That is true.
He was probably waiting for you to turn up the heat.
He wants a heater on the catio.
Sounds right. Ever since Gypsy discovered the baseboard heat, she only moves for food and the litter box.
When we were up in West Virginia our cats discovered the heat vent. They all hung out on top of it, especially Frankie.
