Usually, we don’t even let our humans get their butts all the way out of the chair before we claim it. Kizmet’s the best at this. On rare occasions, we will share. Mom wanted to tell you that last night she and Dad watched the animated movie Flow, which if you haven’t seen it features a black cat. Audrey and Cooper Murphy sat mesmerized and watched through the entire movie. Tali and Gibbs went to the top of the cat tree and watched for a little while. And Kizmet kept jumping up and pawing at the screen. She usually saves that for sports programs. We did see Flow. I can’t remember if Floki watched that one. Sometimes he naps in another room.
Dalton is doing exactly that right now, and most nights when I am at my desk. Good thing Benji doesn’t try to join him!
