This continues the Frankie and Floki saga from July 2016. As far as Frankie’s sneezing is concerned, he has been doing that since we adopted him, and he continues to be a big sneezer today. Perhaps whatever allergy he has was acting up at that time.

Yep cats can have a variety of issues requiring us to pull out our wallets BUT they are SO worth it……bring a pet (or kid) into the household and you have to be prepared to have a busy wallet !! LOL

Yes, and Rose wants another cat. She wants a cat that will pay attention to Floki, but I fear traveling back and forth to WV with three cats will be far more difficult than with two.
It’s always tough to know whether cats will get along with each other – they can be all lovey dovey at first then lose interest. I imagine at this point Floki has found a way to enjoy his life as it is! Teddy has nobody to play with but we pay him plenty of attention (probably more than he wants…….HAHA).

I think Sophie is seeking attention from Rose and I more than he used to since Chris has been gone.
The illness days are no fun no matter when they show up!
It’s never a good time.
It’s so hard on them and us when they are sick.
I feel really bad for them when they are sick.
Sometimes it’s hard to tell what is “normal’ and what is not. We had a cat who coughed. My husband insisted it was a “heart cough” and she was going to die young. The vet didn’t hear anything unusual. She finally passed away at 19. Luckily, I had stopped worrying about her years earlier.
I worried the same way about Chris when he was young. He had an extremely fast heartbeat and sometimes he would breathe very quickly even when he was sleeping. He lived 15 and 1/2 years.
