Frankie insisted that we go for a walk yesterday morning despite the coming hurricane. It had stopped raining so I figured it wouldn’t hurt to let him out.
It was windy and Frankie was hesitant at first but we made our way to the clubhouse and, as usual, Frankie wanted to go inside.

Later he jumped up into a tree. He wanted to go higher but I prevented that so he got down.

After we got a fair distance from our house it started to rain so I picked him up and carried him home.
It’s about 6:30 p.m. on Thursday as I write this. I thought the worst of the storm would be about 3:00 p.m. but it is about as windy as I’ve seen it today right now. Don’t worry though, it’s not as bad as I expected. As long as it gets no worse we’ll be fine.

Frankie just needed some fresh air! LOL Glad to hear it hasn’t been awful for you down there from the storm – hopefully the worst of it is out of your area by now and you can relax a bit!
Hugs, Pam
We are fine this morning, but it did get pretty windy between when I wrote the post and when we went to bed. We heard a lot of loud bangs on our roof but it’s too dark still to go out and look.
Stay safe!
Thanks. We’re okay.
Glad to hear you are all OK.
Thank you.
hoping and paws crossed all remains well at your house…mom nature is never anything to mess with….my grandmother always told me when I was a kid, there’s nothing on earth, weapons etc. more fierce. stay safe and hope the weekend is good🐟💙‼️
Thanks so much.
glad you got the walk in, its always cool to see a storm as it approaches. Glad you guys are continuing to be safe.
Thank you.
Glad it wasn’t too bad.
Thanks.
You two got out when the going was good!
Cannot tell you how many times I’ve been rained on when out walking; it’s bizarre!
I actually check the weather app before I set out, but it’s not accurate at all.
It seems the weather predictions have gotten worse lately.
Looking good Frankie! The storm was scary bad here but we’re all okay.
I’m glad you’re okay.
Frankie looks like he had fun!
Thanks for keeping us updated. I just watched a bit on-line of what is happening in Florida. Scary. We’re still praying!
Thanks so much.
Frankie wanted out because he knew he might not get to once the storm hit. Glad it’s not too bad there.
Thank you. I learned it is very bad five miles away on the beaches. All Pinellas county beaches are still closed Friday night.
So glad to hear Frankie got a bit of a walk and exploration before the worst of that storm.
Good to know you are OK. It sure is scary and terrible in some other places.
Thanks. I’m glad we don’t live on the Panhandle.
Glad to hear it hasn’t been too bad for you. Frankie is fearless
He is fearless. So was Chris.
