Here is a photo of Alex and Sneakers taken almost nineteen years ago on July 24, 2005.

Yes, Sneakers was a big boy. He was my wife’s son’s cat when we met. I was told he was found behind a bar named “Sneakers.”

Alex and Sneakers are great names! I love cat names which aren’t an obvious pair.

  We adopted Alex with his sister. We named them Alexander and Abigail which became Alex and Abbey.
