This post is from 2016. I should mention that after the novelty wore off, I found it difficult to get our cats to eat anything but chicken. I also no longer mix it with canned food. Now I give them raw food in the morning and canned food in the afternoon.

It seems to boil down to “whatever they’ll eat that’s good for them” in the food department doesn’t it. My comment on that old post when you showed us how you make the raw diet mentioned Sammy at 17 and how picky he was. Teddy is 8 and following in Sammy’s footsteps. While I’ve tried MANY foods, he literally only eats canned food but appreciates the occasional raw BITE of something – like shrimp. Gotta love the way cats are so different from each other!
Hugs, Pam
They sure are, and most are very particular.
You are such a good daddy to our fur babies!
I try.
We never tired raw food like that but I don’t think it would go over here.
You never know.
If you can get your cats to take it, a raw diet is probably best.
I believe it is.
Lucky kitties!
I think they are. 🙂
