I am what they call a discovery writer. Another word would be pantser, because people like me don’t outline first, we just fly, or write, by the seat of our pants. In this type of writing, it is like the story takes you where it wants to go. Stephen King is a famous pantser.

The book starts out with a meteorite crashing into Shenandoah National Park in the middle of the night. The next day, a female FBI agent is assigned to investigate the disappearance of a senator’s daughter. She teams up with a park ranger and soon they are investigating other strange and deadly things that are happening around them.

This book is part thriller, part mystery and part romance. It is a relatively short read, so if this sounds appealing to you, I hope you give it a read and let me know what you think.
