For Throwback Thursday here is a post from June of 2015. We had lots of rabbits in our old neighborhood but not so much where we live now. Perhaps it is because we have more stray cats here.
Our new neighborhood is loaded with bunny rabbits. They tend to stay hidden during the day and come out to eat later in the afternoon and evening. Since we have moved here, we have seen them every day not far from our driveway. For some reason, they never seemed to show up on the other side of the house where our enclosed Florida room is. That is the room where the cats love to hang out because it is all windows on three sides.
That changed the other day when a small, adolescent bunny showed up just under one of the windows on the patio. Puck was the first to notice and he went crazy.
That was three days ago and we haven’t seen them since on that side of the house. I hope in the future the cats will see these bunnies more often.
We usually see rabbits around here in the Spring……they have it tough though – lots of predators around …but Teddy isn’t all that interested thankfully!
Hugs, Pam
That’s good. Frankie is definitely interested so I guess it is good that we have less bunnies here.
I always say they are cute; until they start consuming every bit of flower, bush and reachable tree
part in my yard !!! 😉 ♥♥
I can see that being a problem.
WOW, that had to be pretty entertaining for a while!
There was some good episodes of bunny tv.
Loved this post the first time. Back then, we only saw the occasional bunny. Now we have several that we see all the time. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, angel Mauricio, Misty May, angel Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy, Sawyer & Kizmet
It’s funny that you see more and we see less.
