Sunday, Rose and I went out to do a few errands and have lunch. When we returned, Frankie ran out the door again. This time, by pure chance, I happened to be carrying my GoPro camera and turned it on as I gave chase. He led me on a bit of an adventure and I actually lost him a couple of times but the chase was cut short when Frankie caught a lizard and wanted to bring it home. I think he is more like Chris then he would care to admit.

Oh that Frankie! Well at least he gave you a good excuse to make a video which is proof that he’s a master of escape!
Hugs, Sammy
I know it’s weird but I somewhat like the bad behavior. It gives me something to share.
hehe! Oh my goodness. he’s such a stinker!
Stinker is one word… 🙂
Wow he really gave you a good chase. We wish it were sunny here! We are having a blizzard and mum says it’s really cold out. 🙂 Bo and Kobi
I’m sorry about the weather you are having. I grew up near Chicago and moved to Florida as soon as I was able.
Well, Frankie had some fun! We hope he learns to stop running out…but we don’t think so.
I don’t think so either. I am glad he is getting used to the neighborhood so he probably won’t get lost. I just worry if he goes the other way he will be in traffic.
OMC! I don’t know whether to call Frankie a bad cat or my hero (says the girlcat who’s been known to slip out the door and trot down hotel room corridors like there was important business to attend to).
I guess being adventurous is natural.
What a brat, he was really moving along fast. He seemed quite annoyed to be filmed- his tail kept wagging. I am glad he is safe and sound.
Me too. I’m glad he caught a lizard so he had a reason to go home.
Oh my that little stinker!!!! At the end I literally said “Ohhhhhhh” out loud and chuckled! Oh my he is a devil! He seems to LOVE having you go after him! I admire how calm you remained to film this! I would have been shrieking and crying!!!! The cars driving around there made me nervous, but it seems that they all drive rather slowly.
LOVE the GoPro, have seen them advertised……..it shot great video!!!!!! I am praying that Frankie stays put so he doesn’t worry you sick!
I was less worried this time because I’ve been through it before and because it was not getting dark like last time. The GoPro is a nice camera. There were some distortions that were cause by YouTube correcting the shake. I decided the distortions were better that the camera shake. Too bad I wasn’t carrying my new Canon with image stabilization.
Oh my it has it all.drama..intrigue..danger…a hunt scene…all I can say is sometimes cats are jerks hahahahah 🙂 I like Caren would have been having a fit..i must say by the video it looks as if it could have been filmed in the Gold Coast..weird! hugs to you and Frankie.well..nawty!
It’s reality television at it’s finest. 😉
Wow, the sun clearly shines in your neighborhood! It’s adorable when Frankie’s desperate for having lost the lizard, haha!
Thanks. We are lucky to live in the Sunshine State.
Wes laughed and laughed because mes was JUST like that!!
Kisses

You were. You mean your not anymore?

Here is a post from January 2015 for Throwback Thursday. It is a fairly long video of me trying to catch Frankie after he escaped. At the time, we lived pretty close to a main road so my concern for his welfare was very heightened.
