Here, it is as if June is being taken to “the gallows” when it is time to go to the vet … anxiety sets in for each of us 48 hours ahead of time … thankfully, so far, there have only been the annual, required visits …
Teddy is a mess when he knows he’s going to the vet – which is pretty much any time he gets put in the car. BUT when he gets there he loves the attention – he’s my Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde I guess.
We sometimes had eye issues here, too. But nothing like what happened to Chris ever happened here, thankfully!I guess there was a note put in his records not to use whatever that medication was…
All of our kitties would sing the meezer version of the songs of their people on the way to the vet…10 – 15 minutes…but were almost always quiet on the return trip.

Chris developed ear problems and learned the ear cleanings were not fun.

Chris hated vet attention because, at least after 2016, it meant someone was cleaning his ears.

Once Chris developed ear problems, he became the worst patient ever
That sure wasn’t a fun first visit!
Nope, it was not.
It’s so hard when they can’t tell you what’s wrong.
That does make it difficult.
