I hope your tenants didn’t leave the place in TOO big of a mess – I’m sure you had no idea until you got there what to expect! Good luck and hopefully you can rest and enjoy your time there instead of working to fix it back up!!

Thanks. There is so much to do. My wife is starting to reconsider whether it’s worth having this place because of all the work. She noticed this morning that it is caving in under the kitchen sink and smells moldy like there was a big leak that we were never informed about.
Yikes……guess the renters were OK with that but all it does is cause BIGGER problems. Your house is beautiful up there but old so I guess some of these things are bound to happen BUT that doesn’t make it any more fun to handle!!
