Sammy loved fetching balls of paper when we first got him – he was really tiny then. Teddy was 9 months old already when we adopted him and the only thing he REALLY loved was Sammy’s old white fur mouse – he literally loved it to pieces over the next year – it simply fell apart. I love that they enjoy “playing” with their humans especially when they’re little!!

I remember Chris loved bottle caps. If someone open up a bottle of water and left the cap on the counter he would jump up and knocking off the counter and chase it around the house. I remember finding six or eight bottle caps under the refrigerator when we moved out of one of our homes.
So cute! Our tiny goat Titan would eat any paper tossed down LOL!
😁
Roll up a tin foil ball, throw down a paper bag and a box, and who needs expensive toys?
I agree.
My parents had a cat who loved balled up aluminum foil and the stretchy string that comes with some boxes (I worked at Lord & Taylor; it was a favorite).
They are funny. I posted once about a couple visiting with their baby. Chris stole the baby’s pacifier. Later he went into their diaper bag and stole another pacifier. They zipped the bag shut but he unzipped it and stole a third. We then went out and bought pacifiers for Chris, and more for the baby.
Aww. Cats do have a way of getting what they want.
Always.
